In this section, you can view important system information, activate or reactivate license and update system registration information
The application should post a disconnection notice "Connection will be lost " , and restart.
If you see following message in the top-right corner "Operation Failed with message: Automatic activation failed. .." or similar, it means following.
- your workstation doesn't have internet connection or something prevents internet access to Versadial License server ( manual activation may required)
- or license was activated, but recording service failed to restart.
To resolve Open Windows Services.msc utility and restart following services:
- Versadial VSLogger Connection service
- Versadial VSLogger Recording Service
when the services start, open a new browser window, access License tab and try activation again or continue with manual activation.
If issue still persist contact Versadial support at support@versadial.com.

Note: Automatic activation requires Internet connection available. It will contact Versadial licensing portal to automatically generate activation code
If automatic activation fails, users should use Manual activation tab, see below
Activation can fail for following reasons:
- internet access is not available
- Versadial licensing portal is down
- license code entered for this system is invalid
- system exceeded permitted number of activations (was installed on different PCs already)
