About VSLogger Desktop Assistant

VSLogger Desktop Assistant (DTA):   Windows application, part of the Adutante Recording package optionally installed on Call Center Agent workstation.  DTA is registered with VSLogger recorder  and provides following features:

• allow Agent to control (start, stop, mute) recording, add note or flag recording.
• automatically assign seating on associated phone recording channel (see.  Agent seating)
• provide daily agent recording statistics snapshot/report
• agent activity time stamping : sign in/off , on/off break and on/off project  time reporting
• allow agent PC screen capture (available since ver 4.7.0.0. February 2016)

Access to individual features is permissions based and managed by recorder administrator

Installation and registration

installation file is located on  Adutante Recording software CD ( /software/DTAssistant/setup.msi )

No parameters required during installation.

To register with recorder , enter  recorder URL and press Register button.
