This guide highlights the basic options within the recorder. There are many more features available such as quality control evaluations, bookmarking, instant recall, dashboards, and more. Additionally, within the recorder, there are many tutorial options available. Click this icon will provide helpful information about the screen you are on and the features/functionality available.
Access the recorder. Your Recorder should be on your business network. Either a unique IP or a domain will be provided to you by your administrator.

Using your web browser, type in the above URL. We support all browsers, however, Internet Explorer lacks the ability to listen to any audio but all other functionallity is available.
Your username and password should be provided by your administrator.
After you are logged in, you will see the live monitoring screen of the recorder. This display represents all channels available to you on the recorder. If a call is active, data will display to the right of the channel name. This data represents direction (inbound or outbound), caller id, dialed number, notes, extension, agent, start, duration, and more.
Monitor Control: Selecting the Channel icon or the Status Phone Icon will allow you to listen to the call live.
Navigation Control: The top right corner of your window is the navigation. Selecting this will allow you to navigate from one window to the next. Dashboard, Live Monitoring, Search and Playback, Reports, Setup.
There are many options to choose for search and playback. You may select from pre-selected time ranges, or search within a custom date range.
You may select by channel, Agents, or campaigns to narrow down your search. Additionally, Advanced Filters allows you to find a very specific set of calls.
Advanced Filters: Allows you to narrow a call by duration, direction, media type, flag color, and additionally by Call ID or Dialed number.
Additional Parameters: Select from the drop-down what field to search, then select how targeted, such as "contains", "equals", "not equal", etc. In the input value field, type in the specific data to search. Click the "+" to add multiple search criteria's.
After clicking search, the results will be displayed next to the search parameters. In this view, you may add notes, create playlists, flag calls or multiple calls, email calls, export the data, and more. Clicking the SRC column icon will begin playback of the recording. You may also select the Channel column button to bring up specific options for that recording.
The audio player will load below the search results and begin to playback when ready.
The audio player has standard controls that allow you to play, pause, fast forward, control playback speed, etc. Additional controls such as flagging, adding notes, or creating bookmarks within the recording is also available.
Reports are shown in a table format with data and can also be viewed in a graphical format. Additionally, in the table view, you may add or remove columns to customize your report for printing or viewing.
