Review Tab

The review tab allows other managers/employees to share Quality Control tests with each other. This is a private review between two parties, allowing for both to communicate back and forth in discussion and review over a completed Quality Control form.

Action Required

Action required tab is an active REVIEW that is attached to your account. Any active reviews are displayed here and either require you or the other party to respond.  You can open an individual review by selecting the OPEN button.

Alternatively, if you have permission, you may DELETE/REMOVE the review completely.  

Open Reviews

Open Reviews are all active reviews. This tab is permission based and allows an individual to see all reviews that are active across all managers/employees/agents.  

Closed Reviews

These are all closed/completed reviews assigned to you. You may open a closed review to see the chat history. You may also FORWARD or SEND FOR REVIEW to another party. 

Forwarding Review

Forwarding a review sends the entire review including CHAT messages. The receiving party will be able to see all CHAT correspondence involved with the review. 

Send For Review

If permissions allow, you may send the evaluation out for review again. No chat history from prior reviews will be attached to the evaluation when sending a review in this manner. 

Chat

The chat section allows for the two parties to communicate back and forth.
