About

Versadial Adutante Server is a collection of interconnected web based business applications developed and distributed by Versadial Solutions. Limited subset of Adutante Server modules distributed along with Versadial VSLogger Server, our flagship Call Recording application.

Components included in call recording edition of an Adutante server:

• Adutante H5 Server  -  Web applications server hosting  HTML5 based QC Module and Recorders Module
• Recorders Module - Adutante module for Authentication, Permissions Management and Access Control to individual recorders. "Recorders" view of the module lists all available VSLogger recorders registered with Adutante server and accessible by a specific user. "Call Center Creating" view provides check-in option to Call Center agents if free seating with manual registration is used.  
• QC Module - Application for QC Evaluation Form creation,  Call Center Agent or other employee QC evaluation (grading), Evaluation Results  Reviews by 3rd person and Evaluation reports. 
• Administration Modules - Adutante modules for users and security groups management, DB utilities, user permissions management and individual modules configurations.

Roles of an Adutante Server:

• Centralized users, security groups, and permissions management
• Centralized registrar of individual VSLogger recorders interconnected to single distributed recording system. 
  • Single access point to all registered recorders 
• Host QC,  Recorders and other supporting modules
• Authentication and access to individual VSLogger Call Recorders. Users with access permission to the specific recorder can launch an authenticated connection to individual  VSLogger recorder UI.
