QC Admin - Module Permissions Tab

Grant permissions to individual components of the QC Module. 

Display By:

• Groups: List of all security Groups  ( defined in General Administration , Users )
• Users:   List of all Users ( defined in General Administration , Users )

PERMISSIONS

• Evaluate: Grants a person/group to access the Evaluation Portion of QC. User can create and complete Evaluations. General Evaluation or Call Recording Evaluations.  Note: User also has permission to send out QC forms for review.
• Review: Allows person/group to view QC forms that are sent to them for review. Note: If user is person who initiated review, they may FORWARD the review to a third party. 
• Edit Recordings: Allows to Mute parts of the recordings with sensitive information
• Manage History: Allows person/group to access history of Quality Control forms. Note: User also has permission to send out QC forms for review. 
• Reports: Allows person/group to access Reports component of module. 
• Manage Forms: Allows person/group to access Forms Tab. They may create, finalize, obsolete and delete a QC form. 

Note: Administrators can see all modules and components regardless of individual permissions selected.
