Date Last ModifiedSmall red bell icon may appear in the top-right corner of VSLogger user interface screen. This indicates that there are system notifications available to your attention.
Clicking on the icon displays list of the notifications (see below)
Following messages are related to License activation and support plan expiration:
This message designed to alert administrators that software license activation was invalidated.
This can be caused by following :
Click on corresponding message may display extra instructions.
If you have 1-year subscription license make sure it is renewed (not expired).
Proceed to reactivate your license see extra instructions here.
This message designed to alert administrators that Support Desk is no longer available. It is harmless and recorder operation is not affected.
If you see this message , notify administrator that it is time to renew software maintenance plan . If plan was already renewed you can clear this notification as follows.
Click on corresponding message. The following popup dialog will appear.
Pressing Renew button will take you to web page with renewal process info.
Pressing "Update Registration" will update recorder maintenance contract information and clear expired flag, if contract was renewed.
Attention !!
VSLogger versions prior 4.9.2.X do not have "Update Registration" option described above.
To clear "Support plan has expired" message on versions prior 4.9.2.X you have to reactivate software license.
