Adutante server and VSLogger server are two different programs. When installed on a single PC, they comprise a stand-alone Adutante call recorder.
Single Adutante Server and several VSLogger servers can be configured into a distributed multi-recorder system with the shared user base.

Web Applications Provided |
Administration modules - web interface modules for users and security groups management, DB utilities, user permissions, and individual modules configurations QC Module - web interface module for QC Test and Form creation, Call Center Agent or other employee QC evaluation( grading), Evaluation Results Reviews by 3rd person and Evaluation reports. Recorders Module - web interface module for authentication and access to individual recorders. Lists all available VSLogger recorders connected to the system and accessible by a specific user. Provides "Call Center seating" check-in option to call center agents. Provides QC managers access to recordings selected for QC Evaluation.

Program Data and Database Locations |
Adutante data location configured in \applications\config\adutante.properties file. Database | Apache Derby (default). Attention!: While framework used by Adutante server can be configured with MySQL, MS SQL, ORACLE and others( around 12 ), using different Database with Adutanate Call Recoding package is not recommended. Versadial Support desk will not help to troubleshoot issues related to Adutante Database other than Apache Derby. see. Installation folders and Database |
