config general Configuration includes miscellaneous parameters affecting recorder operation.

blockdtmf [y|n] - block dtmf while recording muted
cidsensetivity [0-128] - set caller id sensetivity
cidtype [0|1] - set caller id type (0 - fsk|1 - dtmf)
cidremove [0-16] - set letters number to remove from caller id
exit - exit current configuration mode
instrecall [0,15,30,45,60] – instant recall (0 – disable, 15-60 sec)
logthreads [1-3] - set number of recording threads
minseslen [sec] - set min recording length
maxseslen [min] - set max recording length
mutetmout [sec] - set mute recording timeout
noanswertmout [sec] - set no answer timeout
stripsilence [y|n] - remove trail silence (vox start/stop only)
show - show current configuration

General parameters

CLI Command Format	Description	GUI Parameter : Extra Notes
`blockdtmf [y\|n]`	`block dtmf while recording muted`	Block DTMF While Recording Muted Do not record DTMF tones entered during muted call.
`cidsensetivity [0-128]`	`set caller id sensitivity. default 128`	CallerID Sensitivity Reducing this value will increase sensitivity and potential error. Reduce, if fsk callerId present, but not detected
`cidtype [0\|1]`	`set caller id type (0 - fsk\|1 - dtmf)`	CallerID Type Caller ID Type for Analog phone line. This parameter is applicable only for analog HW. FSK (Frequency-shift Keying) Mode, DTMF (Dual-tone Multi-frequency) Mode. Default value (FSK).
`instrecall [0,15,30,45,60]`	`instant recall (0 – disable, 15-60 sec)`	Instant Recall Instant recall buffer is amount of of the most current audio kept in memory for all channels, to enable instant replay.
`logthreads [1-3]`	`set number of recording threads`	Number of Logging Threads
`minseslen [sec]`	`set min recording length (default 0)`	Min Recording Length (secs) Recordings less than minimum will not be saved.
`maxseslen [min]`	`set max recording length (default 60)`	Max Recording Length (mins) Recording longer than this parameter will be split in two or more files.
`mutetmout [sec]`	`set mute recording timeout`	Mute Timeout If user sends Mute command, recording will be muted only for this period. User will have to issue new Mute command to continue muted recording.
`noanswertmout [sec]`	`set no answer timeout`	No Answer Timeout In case recording started "ON RING" event and call has never been answered, recording will be stopped after this timeout (seconds). This parameter is applicable only for analog HW. Default value (10 seconds).
`stripsilence [y\|n]`	`remove trail silence (vox start/stop only)`	Strip Silence VOX controlled channels, will record some silence at the end of recording, prior to stop event. This silence can be automatically stripped, if desired.
