Date Last ModifiedThe QC evaluation tab allows managers who have access to complete and evaluate agents or employees. QC forms are created under FORMS tab in the QC module (Viewable with proper permissions). Only FINALIZED forms are displayed in the evaluation tab.
Badge Icon
The badge Icon displayed next to Evaluate Tab indicates how many Incomplete Evaluations you currently have.
General evaluations are evaluations that do not require an Audio recording to be attached to the form. These are typically evaluations that involve employee reviews, quarterly goal completions, etc.
Only QC forms that are created and do not require a recording to be attached will be displayed on the right hand side.
On the left side, you will see all active users (setup by Administrator) that are available to be graded. If you do not see the employee to evaluate, contact your Administrator to add this person to the companies general user group.
Evaluation Period
This section will assist with organizing and creating reports based on the time-frame you are grading for your employee.
If doing a weekly QC on an employee, select Weekly for PERIOD TYPE and select the week you are analyzing for evaluation. If doing a Quarterly Evaluation, select Quarterly, End of Year select Yearly, etc etc.
Quick Filter: You can quickly find employees by name to select.
If you need to create a Call Recording evaluation of an agent, go to Recorders Module and to QC Recordings Tab. Alternatively, Recordings can also be created within the VSLogger Recordings Monitor UI, recordings can be listened to directly on the recorder, and a QC evaluation can be created from the recording similar to the QC Recordings Tab (Recorders Module).

Your incomplete evaluations tab will display all evaluations that have yet to be completed and are currently assigned to you. Both general evaluations as well as Call Recording evaluations will be displayed here.
On the left hand side, a list of current agents or employees will be displayed. The date created as well as the attached form to the agent/employee will also be displayed.
You may delete the evaluation, permanently removing it from the QC evaluation module.

Completed Evaluation Forms will move away from this tab and be placed in your Evaluation History section and can be accessed at a later time.
